28th July – The Official Slalom Course is set.

Fresh from the excitement of the opening ceremony we are up early and back training on the course. The olympic slalom race course has now been set so we are under strict orders not too touch the poles. We have our boats and BA's officially checked. They add the official London 2012 logo's to our kit.

We are ready. We have a plan. We are all set to go.
